Our New Appointment Policy
Here in New Derma, a lot has been thought out to respect the social distancing mandate while safely opening the center for patients. To practice social distancing between patients in the clinic, only one patient is booked per hour from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
FIRST IN-CLINIC VISIT
If you are a new patient, you will be required to do a virtual consultation before your first in-clinic visit. To book your virtual consultation, select “Initial Consultation – Virtual” when booking online or contact our front desk team. Once completed, your practitioner or our front desk team will be able to schedule your first in-clinic visit.
FOLLOW UP TREATMENT
If you would like to come in for a Follow Up Treatment but haven’t seen us in over a month, we request that you book a Virtual Follow Up first. Given that we are limiting interactions in the treatment room, a virtual consultation allows you to update your practitioner on your health status so that they can develop an optimal treatment plan for you.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS
During a virtual consultation, your practitioner can take the time to gather the information they need to prescribe herbs, offer nutritional advice, recommend self-care guidance & answer any questions you may have so that you can get the most out of your treatment plan. Virtual Consultations can be found under “Flatiron & Virtual.”
